These terms govern your use of the reelvault.app website and, upon purchase, the ReelVault desktop application.
The reelvault.app website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate purchases of the ReelVault software. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
When you purchase ReelVault, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software on up to two (2) machines. This is a one-time purchase — no recurring fees. Updates within the V1.x lifecycle are included.
You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or sublicence the software. Your licence is tied to your email address and activated via a one-time check.
ReelVault processes your video files locally on your machine. We have no access to your content. You retain full ownership and copyright of all your videos, transcripts, and exported clips.
If ReelVault doesn't work as described, contact lee@reelvault.app within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
The Library Value Calculator and any free resources are provided as-is. By submitting your email to receive free tools, you consent to receiving the associated email sequence. You can unsubscribe at any time.
ReelVault is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or software, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
